Many people are bashing me and saying that I have been making all this up so that I can gain popularity/ sales/ etc... But that is so far from the truth, I only posted this so that other people who make cups could be warned before this happens to them. Here's exactly what happened- On December 27th, 2021- I received a letter from Honigman Law firm stating that I had 45 days to sell out of all of my inventory because Starbucks didn't approve of my use of their logo etc... she also stated that drilling the hole and adding things to their cup is not approved. Initially I did not believe the email was true because of the amount of people who make these cups and because Starbucks never released a statement saying they don't allow the customization and re selling of their cups. Therefore I called corporate 2 times. Both times I called I was told to disregard the email, and they said that Starbucks never said you couldn't do it.
