Jack Skellington and Hocus Pocus cups

 Hello everyone! The final Jack Skellington and Hocus Pocus cups will be shipping out tomorrow morning October 28th. You will get your tracking number once your order is packaged tonight! I hope you enjoy your Spooky cups! Thank you all for your patience and understanding!  As far as if I'm going to make more of these halloween cups I am not sure- IF there's a huge demand for more of them- then yes, I will make more if not then I will wait until next year. I probably will be doing an instagram poll on if I should or not!

I haven't replied to your email?

 Hello everyone! I receive thousands of emails per day with questions- I try my very best to reply to every one but as of right now its quite impossible. I'm working hard to get all orders out- some of my customers have been waiting over a month for their orders- i cannot skip ahead and complete your order before someone elses. I do my orders in the same order that they're received.  Please hold off on messaging me asking for updates- unless you'd like a refund. Messaging me is only delaying me from getting your order out- as I may have to stop working on your order to reply to you. If you would like a refund and I haven't started on your cup I'll give you one. Text my number at 678-887-2994 with your order number and request your refund, I'll check if your order has been started and if it hasn't you'll be fully refunded.

Want a refund on a fully blinged cup?

 We are working as hard as we can to get all orders out so we can re open our shop! If you ordered a fully blinged cup and want a refund (because it's taking a long time to ship) please text me at 678-887-2994 with your order number and the name you placed your order under and you will be fully refunded! All snow-globe cups are being sealed and will be shipped out this week so there will be no refunds on those.

What's the relaunch going to look like?

 Hey everyone! When we re open things are going to be a lot different! We are going to have a set number of cups and they'll already be made! This will help cut our shipping time in half! Once you order all we'll have to do is add your name (if preferred) and ship it off to you! We are also going to have a lot of new designs, so stay tuned! Some things will not be coming back to our shop- ex: fully blinged cups. But most of our snow-globes will be coming back but in limited quantity!  We are working as hard as we can to get all orders out so we can re open our shop!
