Hello everyone! I receive thousands of emails per day with questions- I try my very best to reply to every one but as of right now its quite impossible. I'm working hard to get all orders out- some of my customers have been waiting over a month for their orders- i cannot skip ahead and complete your order before someone elses. I do my orders in the same order that they're received.
Please hold off on messaging me asking for updates- unless you'd like a refund. Messaging me is only delaying me from getting your order out- as I may have to stop working on your order to reply to you. If you would like a refund and I haven't started on your cup I'll give you one. Text my number at 678-887-2994 with your order number and request your refund, I'll check if your order has been started and if it hasn't you'll be fully refunded.
