 Hello everyone! I receive thousands of emails per day with questions- I try my very best to reply to every one but as of right now its quite impossible. I'm working hard to get all orders out- some of my customers have been waiting over a month for their orders- i cannot skip ahead and complete your order before someone elses. I do my orders in the same order that they're received.  Please hold off on messaging me asking for updates- unless you'd like a refund. Messaging me is only delaying me from getting your order out- as I may have to stop working on your order to reply to you. If you would like a refund and I haven't started on your cup I'll give you one. Text my number at 678-887-2994 with your order number and request your refund, I'll check if your order has been started and if it hasn't you'll be fully refunded. 

 Hello everyone! If you ordered a Snowglobe cup (besides the jack skellinigton cup) it will be shipping out this week! I am hoping to have them all shipped on Monday! September 27th! 

 We are working as hard as we can to get all orders out so we can re open our shop! If you ordered a fully blinged cup and want a refund (because it's taking a long time to ship) please text me at 678-887-2994 with your order number and the name you placed your order under and you will be fully refunded! All snow-globe cups are being sealed and will be shipped out this week so there will be no refunds on those. 

 Hey everyone! When we re open things are going to be a lot different! We are going to have a set number of cups and they'll already be made! This will help cut our shipping time in half! Once you order all we'll have to do is add your name (if preferred) and ship it off to you! We are also going to have a lot of new designs, so stay tuned! So much so that we had to close our shop to make sure we are only focused on getting your orders to you!  All I ask is for a bit of patience. I promise you will receive your package and it will be worth it! Constantly emailing- texting- or DMing me will not help you get your order any faster! (that means i'd have to stop working on your order to message you back)  I am working 24 hours a day so your cups can be perfect! If you do not have the time to wait for your order please kindly ask for a refund. If I have not already customized/ put your name on your cup I'd gladly refund you!  Hello everyone! We will be shipping out a lot of orders tomorrow so keep a lookout in your emails for tracking numbers! There's been a slight delay in a lot of our pearl cups- we ran out of pearls and are waiting on them to deliver! Please be patient with us as we are working as hard as we can to get orders out! In each of our products descriptions it tells you it may take up to 2 weeks AFTER you place your order to receive your tracking number. Remember each of our cups are handmade and made to order! :)
